Day1Done
What is AI?
AI is all around you, it learns from examples, and a chatbot is really guessing the next word.
Today's 3 videos
- #01What is AI?
- #10What is machine learning? Machines that learn from examples
- #07What is an AI chatbot really doing?
10-minute task
Ask a chatbot to explain a tricky word from your job as if it were talking to a fifth grader.
Question of the day
When you ask a question, what is an AI chatbot really doing?
A chatbot is like a giant predictive keyboard: it picks the best-fitting word, adds it, then guesses the next one. It guesses what sounds most plausible, which is not always the truth.

Day2Done
Start using AI and write a prompt
Open a chatbot, write to it like a real person, and ask with the 4-part formula.
Today's 3 videos
- #02Start using AI in 5 minutes
- #03What is a prompt? The 4-part formula
- #147Asking AI properly in Vietnamese
10-minute task
Write a 4-part prompt for a real task you have today. Not happy with it? Keep messaging so AI fixes it.
Question of the day
What are the four parts of the prompt formula?
Role (who AI plays), context (who you are and who it is for), task (what exactly to do) and format (how to lay it out, how long). Leave a part out and AI has to guess it.

Day3Done
When AI makes things up, forgets and changes its mind
Why AI sometimes makes things up, sometimes forgets, and gives two answers to the same question, and what to do about it.
Today's 3 videos
- #08AI "hallucination": why AI makes things up and still sounds sure
- #09Why does AI "forget" in long chats?
- #24Why does asking twice give two answers?
10-minute task
Ask AI for a number you need and add: "If you're not sure, say you don't know. Give me sources so I can check."
Question of the day
AI recommends a book and sounds completely sure. What should you do?
AI can "hallucinate": when it doesn't know, it still guesses a name that sounds very real. It happens most with numbers, book titles, laws and links. AI is a good assistant, but you are the final checker.
-
Day4Done
Asking AI so you get results
Three everyday techniques: give examples, give it a role, and ask it to think step by step.
Today's 3 videos
- #101Give examples, and AI copies the right tone (few-shot)
- #102Give it a role, set the rules (role and system prompt)
- #103Tell AI to think step by step (chain of thought)
10-minute task
Take a shopping math problem and ask AI twice: once normally, once adding "think step by step". Compare the answers.
Question of the day
What is the fastest way to get AI to write captions in your own voice?
AI is great at copying patterns: a few examples and it picks up your tone, length, even your emoji habits. Tip: use examples on different topics in the same voice, or AI will copy them almost word for word.
-
Day5Done
Safety: don't let AI fool you
Know what not to paste into AI, spot fake voices and faces, and protect your family.
Today's 3 videos
- #15What not to paste into AI
- #14Deepfakes: when even your family's voice and face can be faked
- #112A family password against AI scams
10-minute task
Tonight at dinner, pick a family password, and remind everyone never to post it online.
Question of the day
At midnight, "your child" calls in a panic asking you to transfer money right away. What should you do first?
AI can fake a voice from a few seconds of video posted online (deepfake). The usual signs: pressure to hurry, a demand for money or an OTP, and no chance to double-check. Hang up, call back the saved number, and never rush where money is involved.
-
Day6Done
Your own AI assistant
Teach AI who you are, save the prompts you use most, and give each task its own room.
Today's 3 videos
10-minute task
Open the settings, write three lines about yourself in the custom instructions, then start a new chat and try a familiar question.
Question of the day
Every new chat, AI forgets who you are. What is the simplest fix?
Custom instructions are like a note stuck on the assistant's desk: AI reads it first every time. Three points are enough: who you are, long or short answers, and how to address you. Never put passwords or account numbers there.
-
Day7Done
Put AI to work for real
See your job as a bundle of tasks, learn with AI without letting it do the thinking, and plan what to learn next.
Today's 3 videos
10-minute task
List ten things you do in a week and mark the ones AI could partly help with. That is where you start.
Question of the day
You really want to understand an exercise you're stuck on. Which prompt fits best?
When AI solves it for you, it does the hardest part, the thinking, and that is where learning happens. Turn on study mode or tell AI to ask you questions instead. When you just need a quick result, like converting units, ask directly.
Your reward
