A messy chat list
Last time, we built a prompt library. But the chat list is still a mess: housework, office work, your kid's homework, all mixed together.
One room per task
Many chat apps have a feature called projects. Each project is like a private room for one task.
What's in the room?
Each room has three things: instructions just for that task, the documents you need, and every chat about it.
No more pasting
Open a new chat in a room, and AI has already read that room's instructions and documents. You never have to paste them again.
Nothing gets mixed up
Each room has its own tone and its own set of documents, and nothing spills over.
Part 4: a research helper
Your room has documents now. Part four turns them into a helper that looks things up for you.
