Typing it again every day

Last time, AI learned who you are. But every day you still retype the same long prompts.

Great prompts get lost

You once wrote a great prompt, and AI did exactly what you wanted. A few days later, it's buried in your chat history and you can't find it.

Turn your prompt into a template

Turn it into a template: keep the good part, and leave blanks for the parts that change. The 4-part formula from an earlier video makes a great template.

A shelf of templates

Make a few templates for the tasks you do most. When you need one, grab it, fill in the blanks, paste it in, and you're done.

Shortcuts for speed

Even faster: save templates as text shortcuts on your phone. Type a few characters, and the whole prompt appears.

Chats full of mixed tasks

Your prompts are tidy now, but your chats are a mix of everything. Part three gives each task its own room.
