An assistant that only waits

Last time, your assistant looked things up in your documents. But it still only works when you ask.

Tasks that repeat every week

Some tasks are the same every week: planning meals, summing up the news, reminding you of your kid's class schedule.

Scheduled tasks

Many chat apps now have scheduled tasks. You say it once: every Monday morning at seven, do this. AI remembers the schedule.

It runs on time

When the time comes, AI does the task and sends you a notification. You just open it and read.

Which tasks should you hand over?

The best fit is reading, suggesting and summarizing. Don't let AI handle money or send things on your behalf by itself.

How much access should AI get?

AI is most powerful when it can see your calendar and email. But how far should you let it in? The last part answers that.
