Before pasting into AI, delete customers' names, phone numbers and order numbers. Keep only the feedback.
GROUP
Group by theme
Ask a chatbot to group the feedback by theme, count the comments in each group, and include two verbatim quotes.
RECOUNT
Double-check the numbers
AI can miscount or merge the wrong groups. Recount one group yourself before you report.
