Handing everything to AI

AI seems so good that Mark plans to hand every job in the shop to it. Bit quickly stops him.

NUMBERS

Prices, discounts, stock

The first job not to hand over: deciding prices, discounts or stock levels. If AI gets one number wrong, the shop loses real money.

CLAIMS

Promises about what a product does

The second: claims about what a product does, especially cosmetics, food or health products. Overstating them breaks advertising rules.

CUSTOMERS

Customer data

The third: putting customers' phone numbers and addresses into a personal AI account. That's other people's data, as in the data part of video 121.

PEOPLE

Caring for loyal customers

The last: looking after regular customers and handling difficult complaints. Customers remember a sincere thank-you longer than any polished words.
