Messages piling up

After the livestream, dozens of customer messages pour in. Mark can't keep up, and customers wait too long and leave.

TEMPLATES

A set of ready-made replies

Bit suggests: ask AI to write ready-made replies for common questions, like price, size, shipping fees and returns, then save them as quick replies.

TOUGH CUSTOMERS

Hard messages: let AI draft

When a customer is upset, paste the message into AI and ask for a polite draft with an apology and a concrete fix. Edit it before you send.

CHATBOT

Automatic chatbot replies

If you use a chatbot to reply automatically, let it answer only simple questions, and pass anything about money, returns or complaints to a real person.

CAREFUL

Don't promise what the shop doesn't do

Careful: AI may promise things the shop doesn't offer, like 60-day returns. Always put your real policy in the prompt and check before sending.
