Sent back
Leave requests get sent back not because they're badly written, but because they're missing the dates, the reason or who covers for you.
LEAVE
Four points of a leave request
A leave request needs four points: the dates, a short reason, who covers for you, and how to reach you in an emergency.
APPLICATION
A three-sentence application
An application to a local shop needs just three sentences: who you are, what you can do, and when you're free.
ASK AI
You give the points, AI writes
Give a chatbot bullet points and ask for a polite, half-page letter. Fill in your name and phone number yourself afterwards.
